Last June, we moved into our new house in Roseville, right near Central Park…and we are officially settled in. The house has six bedrooms (yes, six!), an office, two full bathrooms (which is very important when housing pregnant moms!), two living rooms, a remodeled kitchen, and a basement that runs the full length of the house. Plenty of room for laughter, learning, and the occasional meltdown (not always from the babies!).

Earlier this week, we had three moms and three babies living with us at Philomena House. Never a dull moment! Just a few days ago, one of the moms moved out into a rented room of her own. She will only be paying $500 per month, so that is nice. It isn’t easy to share a kitchen, but paying only $500 per month makes all the inconveniences worth it!

And here’s some exciting news: our mortgage is now down to just $138,00! We are chipping away at it, slowly but surely.
